Return Policy

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

You may return item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of handing over the return package to the carrier; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. If the return is due to the result of our error, please wait to receive a return shipping label via e-mail.

Last but not least, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


1-Year Limited Warranty

All of our products also come with a One Year Limited Warranty against manufacturers defects. If the product fails to perform as described within the one year period from the ship date due to a manufactures defect we will replace the item for free. We may however require you to return the defective item to us first at your own cost. 

Note: If the item is out of stock, you will be issued store credit.
