Shipping Policy

Shipping addresses within the 48 U.S. states qualify for free shipping on any order.

It is not possible to select which carrier to use for shipping, as it will be determined by a variety of factors including weight, and shipping destination. If you absolutely need to arrange specific carrier, please call us before placing your order.

A typical order received prior to 5:00pm (Eastern Time) in most cases will be processed and shipped the same business day. Our warehouses do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or major Holidays. You can always check the status of your order by logging into your account.

Order processing time is affected by the accuracy of information received from the customer during check-out. Please provide accurate contact information during the Checkout Process so that we may easily reach you with any questions regarding your order. First-time customer orders over $100.00 are subject to verification of billing address and phone number (all PayPal orders are shipped without verifications).

We do offer shipping service to Military APO, FPO, AE and AP addresses. These orders are shipped at the customer's risk.

In rare cases, parcels may incur additional charges due to weight and/or destination. Customers will be contacted by telephone or e-mail in the unlikely event additional charges apply to ship their order.

At this time, we are not shipping to any international markets.
